The liner is a 'plastic' ultra high density polymer. Water cannot penetrate the surface therefore it is slippy and loads will not stick to it.
The liner improves wear and gives long floor life. It allows the trailer to tip more sticky materials such as china clay, lime, gypsum etc
Also available in 12mm - normally fitted if the product is aggressively abraisive or is a hot product such as asphalt.
